The belt reel enables guided and controlled rolling up of the ribbon 20 mm.
Thanks to the double-shell design, later assembly in the installation is possible. The belt pulley is fixed on both sides of the drive shaft with two hose clamps.
The belt pulley can be used for pipes with a diameter of 32 to 34 mm.

Our hand drive comes along with a gear ratio of 1:16. 1-inch shafts can be moved with the supplied hand crank and the separately available adapter. The load limit of our manual drive is 70 Nm.
This adapter connects our manual drive system with an 1 inch tube. You can connect the pre-drilled shaft and the hand drive with a m8 screw.
The cross joint make it possible to the bend the drive shaft up to 34 degrees.The special feature of this connection is that the drive shafts are via a screwdriving and not - as usual - by heat sealings connected.This construction is very stable, the screwing withstands higher torsional forces as well as corrosion is avoided.In addition you benefit from a fast assembly.The cross joint can be connected and used with our manual hand drives without an adapter.
