a) Google Analytics1

For the purpose of demand-oriented design and continuous optimisation of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter Google). b) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. In this process, Google Adwords sets a cookie (see section 5) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking procedure, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this, for example, by means of a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com are blocked. Google's privacy policy on conversion tracking can be found under the following link: https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html

We work with Google LLC as part of the "Google Customer Reviews" programme, the provider is Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The programme gives us the opportunity to collect customer reviews from users of our website. If you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, we will transmit your e-mail address to Google. You will receive an email from Google Customer Reviews asking you to rate the purchase experience on our website. The rating you provide will then be aggregated with our other ratings and displayed in our Google Customer Reviews logo and in our Merchant Center dashboard, as well as being used for Google seller ratings.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Google.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

8. social media plugins

We use social plugins of social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to make our company better known. The underlying promotional purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be ensured by their respective providers. We integrate these plugins using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.

a) Facebook

Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. We use the LIKE or SHARE button for this purpose. This is an offer from Facebook.

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which then integrates it into the website.

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the LIKE or SHARE button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook for everyone to see.

Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and the needs-based design of Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting my website.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the data protection information, in particular the Facebook data policy, which you can view at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

b) Twitter

On our website, plugins of the short message network of Twitter Inc. (Twitter) are integrated on our website. You can recognise the Twitter plugins (tweet button) by the Twitter logo on our site. You can find an overview of tweet buttons at Twitter under this link: https://dev.twitter.com/web/tweet-button.

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Twitter tweet button while you are logged into your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages on your Twitter profile. This enables Twitter to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.

If you do not wish Twitter to be able to associate your visit to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account.

Further information on this can be found in Twitter's privacy policy, which you can view here: https://twitter.com/de/privacy.

9. further plugins
Trustpilot reviews
We participate in the rating system of the provider Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 5, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Trustpilot offers users the opportunity to rate our services. Users who have used our service are asked for consent to send the rating request. Provided that the users have given their consent (for example by clicking on a checkbox or link), they will receive a rating request with a link to a rating page. In order to ensure that the users have actually used our services, we transmit to Trustpilot the data required for this with regard to the user and the service used (this includes the name, the e-mail address and a reference number). This data is used solely to verify the authenticity and address of the user.
The legal basis for the processing of the user's data in the context of the evaluation procedure is consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. DSGVO.
In order to submit a rating, it is necessary to open a customer account with Trustpilot. In this case, the terms and conditions and data protection information of Trustpilot apply. In order to maintain the neutrality and objectivity of the reviews, we have no direct influence on the reviews and cannot delete them ourselves. For this purpose, we ask users to contact Trustpilot.
Furthermore, we can integrate the Trustpilot widget into our website. A widget is a functional and content element integrated within our online offer that displays variable information. Although the corresponding content is displayed within our online offer, it is retrieved at that moment from the servers of Trustpilot. This is the only way to always show the current content, especially the current rating. For this purpose, a data connection must be established from the website accessed within our online offer to Trustpilot and Trustpilot receives certain technical data (access data, including the IP address), which are necessary so that the content can be delivered. Furthermore, Trustpilot receives information that users have visited our online offer. This information may be stored in a cookie and used by Trustpilot to recognise which online services participating in the Trustpilot rating process have been visited by the user. The information may be stored in a user profile and used for advertising or market research purposes.
The legal basis for the processing of the user's data in the context of the integration of the widget is our legitimate interest in informing our users about the quality of our services pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. If we ask users to consent to the processing of their data through the use of cookies, the legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. DSGVO.
For more information on the processing of their data by Trustpilot, as well as on their rights to object and other data subject rights, users can refer to Trustpilot's privacy policy: https://de.legal.trustpilot.com/end-user-privacy-terms.
Google - Elfsight Google Reviews Widget

Functions of the Google Reviews service are integrated on our pages. These functions are offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This in turn uses Elfsight, LLC, Address: 300002, Russia, Tula, Lunacharskogo, 1, 304b Phone: +7 905 624-37-34 as the provider of the services. The Elfsight Google Reviews Widget plugin loads the images directly from Google (*.googleusercontent.com). If you are logged in with your Google account, information may be transmitted to the provider Elfsight. If you make a request as a visitor to our website, the Google data is loaded from the cache onto our server and the images come from Google. In the process, Google may be able to read out or store the user's IP.

You can find more information on this in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
